GRADING GUIDE
Grading Guide
When it comes to sorting through mixed rags, vintage clothing, and unsorted credential clothing, the process can be a bit unique. Unsorted clothing, as the name suggests, remains in its original condition and doesn't go through a grading process.
For mixed rags and vintage clothing, their grading hinges on the quality of the items. It's essential to note that different countries and markets might have their own grading scales. Typically, you'll see grades like Grade A, Grade B, C, and so on, with Grade A representing the highest quality. Alternatively, some places might use numbers like 1, 2, 3, where 1 signifies the best quality items. This variation in grading systems keeps things interesting and diverse in the world of clothing evaluation.
Here at Rebel Vintage Wholesale, below is our exact guide to grading. This is our official document on how our items should be presented, but bear in mind that this is all used, second-hand clothing. We try to ensure our grading is adhered to as strictly as possible.
Grading Accuracy
Our team at Rebel Vintage Wholesale is highly trained in grading thousands of items of clothing each week. Since our products are all vintage pieces that have had a previous life, there may be signs of wear and small marks/defects. We strive to grade your order perfectly; however, due to the nature of the products, please allow for a 5-10% grading error rate.
Despite this, we pride ourselves on being one of the best wholesalers in the UK, offering high volumes of your desired grade!
